Physical Therapist - Home Health

Responsibilities:

-Conduct comprehensive Physical Therapy assessments and develop
effective treatment plans.
-Document and communicate patient responses to therapy and any
changes in their condition.
-Educate patients and caregivers on therapy regimens and proper use of
therapeutic devices.
-Oversee the work of physical therapy assistants and, when necessary,
supervise certified nursing assistants.
-Compile detailed reports and participate in professional development
and agency activities.
