Baldwin House is seeking a dynamic Executive Director with a strong background in both administration and nursing to lead and manage the day-to-day operations of our Assisted Living Facility. The ideal candidate will have experience in healthcare management and be a licensed Registered Nurse (RN), ensuring high-quality care for our residents while overseeing operational efficiency. This role combines your expertise in nursing with business management, regulatory compliance, and staff leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership and Management: Provide overall leadership to the staff, ensuring a high standard of resident care and operational efficiency.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the community is in compliance with all state and federal regulations, maintaining accurate documentation and fulfilling licensing requirements.
Financial Oversight: Manage the facility's budget, control costs, and optimize financial performance while ensuring high-quality care.
Team Development: Recruit, train, and mentor staff, promoting a collaborative and supportive work environment that fosters professional growth.
Resident Care and Satisfaction: Ensure resident needs are met, and work closely with families and staff to maintain high levels of resident satisfaction.
Community Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with local organizations, healthcare professionals, and community partners to promote the community and its services.
Strategic Planning: Implement long-term strategies to enhance the facility's growth, reputation, and service offerings.
Qualifications:
Licensed Administrator in State of Alabama or the ability to obtain licensure upon hire.
Registered Nurse (RN) License (required).
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or a related field (preferred).
5+ years of experience in an administrative leadership role within an Assisted Living or Long-Term Care facility.
Proven experience in managing clinical teams and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Strong financial management skills, including budget development and cost control.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a focus on resident care, staff development, and community engagement
