Homecare RN – Hybrid Schedule –$2,500 Hiring Bonus!

Seeking a full time (37.5 hours/week) Homecare RN. The Homecare RN visits consumers in their homes to assess personal care/home health care needs and interpret the Medicaid screening guidelines. They consult with interdisciplinary team members on clinical needs. No hands on care required.

· A hiring bonus will be awarded in 2 parts, half at 120 Days, and half at 1 year of active employment. The bonus for this position is $2,500.

1. A valid Massachusetts license to practice as a Registered Nurse and recognition of the duties, responsibilities, and limitations under the license.
2. A Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing or Associates of Science degree in Nursing and at least one (1) year of clinical experience and/or nursing in a community or long term care setting or a Diploma RN and two (2) additional years of community-based nursing experience or long term care direct service experience.
3. Use of a reliable vehicle including active vehicle insurance with a current license to drive required.
4. Computer proficiency, including experience with Microsoft products (Excel, SharePoint, Word) required.
ESSENTIAL ABILITIES:
1. Must have moderate physical mobility. Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 20 pounds. Ability to climb stairs.
