We are seeking a dynamic nurse for a unique opportunity to join our Business Development team. The ideal clinician must have experience working in business development, customer service, sales, and/ or marketing and possess unmatched interpersonal skills. This position will be responsible for maintaining business relations, identify new business opportunities and driving census growth.
Responsibilities:
- Appropriately review patient referrals in a timely manner
-Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the company's referral base
-Meet with physicians, hospital case managers, discharge planners, etc.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with networks and physicians

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,797.96 - $97,305.08 per year

Requirements:
-Must be an LVN/ LPN, or RN
-3 years of clinical experience in the medical setting
- Proven experience in business development, customer service, marketing, and/or sales
- Strong understanding of customer relationship management
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic plans
-Must possess a vehicle, valid CA drivers license and active car insurance
