CRNA locum tenens opportunity in Oregon

JOB DETAILS:

· Practice type: Hospital

· Trauma Level: Critical Access

· #of Beds/OR’s: 25 beds; 3 ORs + Cysto + Endoscopy Suite

· Shift hours: 4, 10-hr shifts per week typically 7a-5p.

· Call required?/Rotation or Schedule: 1 night call per week and 1 weekend per month.

· Schedule: weekdays 7a-5p

· Specific Dates Open: ASAP + ongoing

Types of Cases: general, ortho, OB, ENT, ophthalmology, uro, limited peds, basic bread and butter cases. They do not do “big” cases like neuro or cardiac.
Patient population/caseload: Average is 12. Numbers vary widely depending on the docs. There may be 8 cataracts one day and only two rooms open the next.
Supervision Ratio: There is no Anesthesiologist oversight. We have one on staff, but the CRNAs are LIPs.

Credentialing: 60-90 days, temps & emergency privs available

Required Certifications/Cred Items: Skills and other procedures include Spinals, OB, Epidurals, Endoscopy, Peripheral Nerve Blocks, PICC line (not required), ultrasound guided procedure
