Proven experience in a nursing leadership role such as Director of Nursing or equivalent.
Comprehensive knowledge of nursing care methods, policies, and procedures.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.
Robust organizational and budgeting skills to oversee departmental operations effectively.
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing and a valid nursing license (required).
