Hours : Days (5*8/40hrs/wk)(Monday-Friday, 6:45am-3:15pm.)
Pay : $69/hour (Weekly Gross: $2760 for 40hours)
Start Date : ASAP or 01/20

Job Description:
• Charting System: EPIC
• Minimum 1 year of Operating Room experience is required.
• Suites: 3 OR rooms and 1 endo room.
• Average # of cases per day: 6-25 depending on specialty.
• Common Cases: Endoscopes, Cataracts, Lap Choles, lap appys, C-Section, Tubal Ligation, Hysteroscopy, D7C, Endometrial Ablation, Total Joints, Shoulder and Knee scopes, Fractures, Excision, No robotics.
• Experience: Must have experience in all the specialties that we offer- eyes and endoscopy are highly preferred not must have. Must have at least 1 year experience, ok with 1st time travelers. Will need to have experience in Outpatient Surgery (OPD), Preop and PACU for call outs (Preop/PACU exp highly preferred not required- will train right candidate).
• Scrubbing required - RN's: No scrubbing required.
• Charge Nurse/House Supervisor: Lila Armentrout- PeriOp Supervisor.
• OR techs: 4 plus 1 in training.
• Weeknight/Call Requirements: Yes-around 10-11 days of call a month including weekends. Call is 3p-7a.
• Weekend/Call Requirements: Yes, every 3rd weekend Friday 3p to Mon 7a.
• Holiday/Call Requirements: Yes, staff cover at least 2 holidays a year.
• What is call response time: 30 min response time.
• Floating Requirements: OPD (outpatient surgery), Preop and PACU for callout.
• Scrub Color/Dress Code: Grey
