Required Qualifications
Registered Nurse, ER
Experience: 2 years
Licenses: RN(Compact Accepted)
Certifications: BLS; ACLS; PALS Driver’s License Copy On-File Flu Vaccine Required (Declinations accepted but must be from Religious Leader or Doctor) NO BLOCK REQUESTS ALLOWED NO TRAVEL PAIRS ALLOWED Meditech EMR CPI In-Hand (Copy Attached)
