Responsibilities:
-Deliver comprehensive clinical pharmacy services to the TCT clinic.
-Coordinate and manage anti-neoplastic and immunomodulating
medication therapies.
-Act as a vital resource for interdisciplinary teams and fellow pharmacists.
-Engage in pharmacokinetic and therapeutic consultations to optimize
patient care.

-Bachelor’s Degree (BS Pharm) or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD)
-Board Certified Oncology Pharmacist (BCOP) or open to obtaining it
when eligible
-FL Pharmacy License or license in process
-Experience in oncology, TCT, CAR-T, or BMT required
-Extensive experience in bone marrow transplant (BMT), CAR-T, and
transplant cellular therapy (TCT).
-Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
-Strong communication skills to effectively convey complex
pharmaceutical information.
