Responsibilities:
-Lead and manage daily operations in the Emergency Room, ensuring
clinical standards and procedures are met.
-Oversee and coordinate a team of 90 FTEs in a 48-bed Emergency Room,
maintaining optimal staff-to-patient ratios.
-Foster a culture of accountability and excellence, focusing on service
recovery and maximizing patient satisfaction.
-Drive cost reduction and resource optimization initiatives, ensuring
regulatory compliance and proper equipment maintenance.

-Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
-Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from an accredited school.
-Texas RN license (or compact state license with Texas license within 90
days).
-Minimum of 3 years in an ED managerial role within an acute care
setting.
-Certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NRP as per hospital policy; certification
in specialty preferred.
-Proven leadership experience in an emergency medical setting.
-Strong commitment to patient-centered care and quality improvement.
-Excellent organizational and communication skills.
-Ability to work an evening schedule effectively.
