Shift is a bit flexible, could be 6p-6a or 7p-7a.
Candidates will float to ER and L&D.
The staff will switch units throughout the week and float to different units but there is typically 2 RNs, 1 LPN, and 1-2 CNAs. ER fluctuates in volume but has 4 beds. Med Surg ratio is 1:4-5. There should always be 1 L&D nurse on the floor that can help train if someone doesn't have strong L&D experience.
EMR is Cerner.
Any scrub color accepted. FACILITY IS LOOKING FOR A TEMP TO PERM CANDIDATE
BLS / ACLS / PALS required
