StartDate: 5/12/2025 Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $2631.94 - $2900.50

Required Qualifications
Registered Nurse, Case Manager
SSN Required
DOB Required Case Management, Discharge Planning, Care Coordination experience
Orientation will be approx 2 weeks in office at Kaiser Martinez 200 Muir Rd MTZ 94553.
After orientation the job will be remote. A laptop and phone will be provided.
