Registered Nurse RN CVOR - Open Heart ($30,000 sign on bonus)

*Sign on bonus up to $30,000. Two years of Operating Room experience required*

This position is for an Open Heart RN responsible for assessing the needs of each patient before and during a surgical procedure and maintains patient safety. The RN outlines individual care plans, implements, evaluates and documents care of patient during surgical procedures. This RN assists the surgeon at the sterile field by passing instrumentation and supplies during the procedure. Provides leadership to the CVOR team. Communicates with the patient and family, CVOR team, supervisor, manager and ancillary departments. Participates in staff development through preceptorship and continuing education

Two years of Operating Room experience required.
