Registered Nurse: Operating Room (Outpatient)

POSITION SUMMARY:
As an RN, you will play an integral role in delivering exceptional care in the Inpatient/Outpatient Surgery. Using our patient-centered care model, you will be supported by a strong nursing organization, and will be able to deliver the best care to your patients, as deserved.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Deliver nursing care in the Perioperative Services unit: assessing, diagnosing, planning, intervening, evaluating, and educating patients
• Communicate with different health care team members, patients, and their families
• Coordinate and delegate appropriate patient care activities to inter-professional colleagues
• Update and manage patient records digitally
• Enter and interpret computerized data/information
• Assist the leadership as needed in quality improvement projects
Pay Range:
$38.05 - $75.33 (Depending on experience and expertise)
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Licensed to practice as a registered nurse in the Boston of Massachusetts Area.
• 1+ years of RN experience
• Nursing degree: Diploma, ASN or BSN (preferred), Ability to obtain BSN within 4 years
• Relevant clinical experience and/or specialty, certification required for certain practice areas
• Physical ability to meet job responsibilities
