Cardiac Cath Lab Manager

Description

Responsibilities:

-Lead daily operations of the Cath Labs and Electrophysiology (EP) Labs
at both campuses.
-Supervise teams across Cath, EP, and Echo services, ensuring
exceptional patient care and efficient department functioning.
-Engage in team building, coaching, and manage disciplinary actions as
needed.
-Serve as interim director in the absence of the Cardiovascular/Imaging
director.

Additional Information:

-Manage services at both Wesley Hillside and Wesley Woodlawn
campuses.
-Oversee approximately 140-170 monthly procedures at the Hillside
Cath Lab.
-Coordinate around 40 cases monthly at the Woodlawn Cath Lab.
-EP Labs handle 50-60 cases monthly across both locations.
-Echo services manage 600-700 cases monthly.

Requirements

Requirements:

-Bachelor’s degree required.
-Registered Radiologic Technologist or Licensed RN in Kansas (or multi-
state RN licensure).
-BLS and ACLS certifications.

Experience:

-Proven experience in managing cardiac catheterization and
cardiovascular departments.
-Strong Cath Lab RN or Radiologic Technologist experience.
-Minimum of one year of leadership experience.
-Strong leadership and supervisory experience.
-Familiarity with electrophysiology and echo services.
-Strong clinical skills with proven team-building and leadership
capabilities.
-Effective communication, team-building, and problem-solving skills.
