**Job Title: Registered Nurse - CVICU**
**Location: Bethesda North Hospital, Cincinnati, OH**
**Sign-On Bonus: Up to $10,000**
Our Unit:
The CVICU at Bethesda North Hospital is dedicated to providing advanced, specialized care for critically ill patients with cardiac and vascular conditions. Our 32 bed unit focuses on post-operative care for patients recovering from complex cardiovascular surgeries, including open-heart procedures, heart failure treatments, and interventions such as stent placements.
Staffed by highly trained nurses, intensivists, and a multidisciplinary team, the CVICU is a hub of cutting-edge care that delivers 24/7 comprehensive monitoring to ensure the best outcomes for our patients.
Our CVICU nurses handle ECMO, Impella, Balloon pumps, LVADs and Open heart surgeries. Nurses actively run ECMO circuits, getting hands on experience that few places offer. Collaboration is key- we work closely with cardiothoracic NPs, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals. Plus, our partnership with the Cleveland Clinic provides top-notch educational opportunities. Around the clock intensivist coverage ensures immediate support, and our holistic care team includes pharmacists, therapist and dietitians!

Associate's Degree or Diploma in Nursing
New hires required to obtain BSN within 5 years of hire.
BLS/CPR (Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers)
Registered Nurse
Knowledge, judgment, and skills derived from the principles of biological, physical, behavioral, social, and nursing sciences to meet complex health care
needs at various stages of the life cycle
Preferred membership in related professional organization
2 year Clinical in Nursing experience
