Long Term Contract for an LPN with empathy and compassion, can handle difficult patients. This position is working Monday - Friday 12a-8a. Qualified candidates will have valid LPN License. Salary depends on experience $36.00-$39.78/hr

Responsibilities:
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the supervising nurse or physician.
Assist in the development and implementation of patient care plans.
Maintain accurate medical records, including documentation of patient assessments and care provided.
Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and regulations.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive patient care.
Educate patients and their families on health management and wellness strategies.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications
Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of practice.
Strong knowledge of medical terminology, standards of care and nursing practices.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining empathy, compassion and attention to detail.
