Job Description:
We are seeking a Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) with an interest in Lifestyle Medicine to work directly with our medical director and other physicians. The ideal candidate will be passionate about patient care and lifestyle medicine and eager to contribute to a dynamic team that prioritizes preventive care and holistic health. In our concierge practice, you will enjoy a work environment that differs from traditional medical offices, focusing on delivering high-quality, personalized care to a select group of clients.
Base Salary: $100,000 to $130,000, based on work, education, management experience, and entrepreneurial spirit.
• Certified Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) with a valid Florida state license.
• Certification or strong interest in Lifestyle Medicine.
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience, preferably in primary care or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and team members.
• Strong commitment to patient-centered care and preventive health.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
• Proficiency in or willing to become proficient in the electronic health records (EHR) used.
