Job Summary:
The CVOR Registered Nurse is responsible for providing high-quality care to patients undergoing open-heart surgeries. This role involves critical thinking, service excellence, and good interpersonal communication skills. You will be part of a phenomenal team that works hard to support each other while providing excellent care to our patients.
Salary Range: $31.84 - $46.26 per hour (based on experience)
Shift Differentials:
- $4.50 for nights
- $1.50 for weekends
- $1.50 for national certification
On-Call Pay: $4 per hour
Sign-On Bonus: Case-by-case basis
Relocation Assistance: Case-by-case basis
Shift Details: Days (7 AM - 7 PM)
On-Call: Once a week and one weekend a month (may vary based on department needs)

Responsibilities:
- Serve as the patient and family advocate, protecting privacy and confidentiality
- Facilitate patient care by making nursing assessments and diagnoses
- Develop and implement patient care plans with a focus on continuous improvement

- 1 year of Open Heart (CVOR) RN experience in an acute care environment required
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida or able to obtain licensure prior to start
- BSN preferred
- Current BLS, ACLS, PALS (AHA Healthcare provider) required
- CNOR preferred
