Pay Rate : $38/hr

Requirements

Required Certifications:

• Active NC or Compact State License
• BLS from AHA
• Minimum 1 year experience required
• At least 1 year of recent LPN experience in LTC
• Epic required
• Covid Card
• Driving License
• Any 2 recent professional references
