Overview of the Role:
As the Director of Cardiac Cath Lab, you will lead the operations of the Cath and Electrophysiology (EP) labs, ensuring they run efficiently and effectively. Responsibilities:
-Lead and oversee the Cardiac Cath Lab and EP services, guaranteeing the highest standards of care and exceptional patient outcomes.
-Supervise, mentor, and evaluate staff, ensuring their skills remain sharp and appropriate for service demands.
-Strategically manage resources, including staffing and equipment, while adhering to departmental protocols for smooth operations.
-Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, physicians, and stakeholders to integrate patient services and enhance coordinated
care.
-Manage fiscal responsibilities, including budgeting and strategic resource allocation, to optimize departmental operations and care quality.

Requirements:
-Bachelor’s Degree required.
-Possession of RN, APRN, RCIS, or Radiologic Tech (RT) certification.
-3-5 years of recent Cath Lab Manager experience in a trauma center or
acute hospital setting.
-Robust leadership and clinical background in Cath/EP labs, ideally
within a Level II Trauma Center.
