We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner specializing in Regenerative Medicine and Integrative Care to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with our multidisciplinary team, including a chiropractor, rehabilitative therapy tech, and case manager, to develop and implement customized care plans for our patients. This position focuses on non-pharmacological treatments such as trigger point injections, regenerative therapies, rehabilitative exercises, and patient education.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' health status and formulate individualized care plans based on findings and patient goals.
- Perform trigger point injections and administer regenerative therapies in accordance with established protocols and guidelines.
- Educate patients on treatment options, benefits, and potential risks associated with regenerative medicine procedures.
- Collaborate closely with the chiropractor, rehabilitative therapy tech, and case manager to coordinate care and ensure continuity of treatment plans.
- Monitor and evaluate patient outcomes, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize results.
- Document patient assessments, treatments, and progress in electronic health records (EHR) system accurately and timely.
- Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and continuing education activities to enhance clinical knowledge and skills.
- Perform functional and orthopedic exams and assessments on patients (training will be provided).
- Current certification as a Nurse Practitioner (NP).
- 3 years of clinical experience in a similar role, preferably within regenerative medicine or integrative healthcare setting is preferred.
- Willingness to perform trigger point injections and administering regenerative therapies. Training will be provided.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary team members and patients.
- Commitment to delivering patient-centered care with a focus on holistic health and wellness.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
