Overview:
Join our team as a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) in our Assisted Living Facilities (Dorian Place, Wellsprings, and Indianhead), you will play a crucial role in providing compassionate and skilled nursing care to our residents across all three communities. You will collaborate closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the highest standard of care, promote resident well-being, and maintain a supportive environment. Your expertise and dedication will contribute directly to enhancing the quality of life for our residents.

Duties:

Clinical Care:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' health needs and develop personalized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments following prescribed protocols.
- Monitor and document vital signs, symptoms, and medical information accurately.
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies, providing necessary interventions.
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care.

Supportive Services:
- Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Offer emotional support and companionship to patients during their stay.
- Create a safe and comfortable environment for patients to promote well-being.

Documentation and Communication:
- Maintain precise and up-to-date medical records for each patient.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues regarding care plans and progress.
- Participate in interdisciplinary meetings to discuss patient care strategies.

Educational Support:
- Educate patients and families on health management practices and disease prevention strategies.
- Provide guidance and training to caregivers and staff members on healthcare procedures.

Quality Assurance:
- Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and facility policies for patient care.
- Engage in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and care outcomes.
- Contribute to maintaining a clean, organized, and professional healthcare environment.

Requirements

Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state .
Experience in geriatric or long-term care preferred.
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
