**We need for Night and Overnight shift**
Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Health Aide (HHA) to join our team at Sunrise Village of Milaca. The HHA will provide essential personal care and support to our residents, helping them maintain their independence and dignity while ensuring their comfort and well-being.
Responsibilities:
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
Monitor and record residents' vital signs, health status, and any changes in condition.
Provide companionship and engage residents in meaningful activities and social interactions.
Assist with mobility and transferring residents, ensuring their safety at all times.
Administer medications as prescribed and document accurately.
Assist with meal preparation, serving, and cleanup.
Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents by performing light housekeeping tasks.
Report any concerns or changes in residents' condition to the nursing staff or supervisor promptly.
Follow individualized care plans and ensure residents' needs and preferences are met.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide holistic and person-centered care.
Participate in ongoing training and development to stay current with best practices in elder care.

High school diploma or GED required.
Certification as a Home Health Aide (HHA) or Nursing Assistant (CNA) preferred.
Previous experience in an assisted living facility or similar setting is a plus.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Compassionate, patient, and empathetic with a genuine desire to help others.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to handle physically demanding tasks, including lifting and transferring residents.
Basic computer skills for documentation purposes.
