What We’re Looking For:
· Extensive hospital nursing leadership experience with a proven track record of driving team success:
o Required: 3-5 year’s previous hospital or nursing management experience
o Strongly Preferred: 5+ years hospital nursing leadership experience
· Education:
o Required: Bachelors of Science in Nursing
o Preferred: Masters of Science in Nursing (can be in process)
· Strong leadership abilities with a focus on improving patient care and operational efficiency.
· Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with team members, patients, and stakeholders.
· Exceptional time management and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to manage and implement complex operational and regulatory processes in a hospital setting.
· Represents the departments on several process improvement, standardization, and regulatory committees.
· Operates strategic plan by setting and monitoring key performance measures and goals.
· Determines scope of care or service in relation to values, mission, and strategic plan of the institution.
· Assist with developing their departments’ long term plans.
· Working knowledge in human relations, customer service, inventory management, and budget management.
· Ability to work with multiple people while meeting numerous requests and deadlines.
· Goal oriented with initiative and potentials for self-development. Maintains organizational and priority setting skills.
· Delegates appropriately to other team members.
· Licensure:
o Required: Nursing License active in the state of Missouri
