The Occupational Therapist (OT) provides occupational therapy evaluations and treatment plans to participants. All participant care provided is in accordance with state regulations.

Direct Hire position
Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm
$37.90-50/hour

Graduate of an Occupational Therapy curriculum accredited jointly by the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association and the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA)
Bachelors in (OT), Masters in OT (MOT), Doctorate in OT (OTD)
National Certification by the American Occupational Therapy Association or eligible for National Registration Examination of the American Occupational Therapy Association.
Registration with state in which practicing
A minimum of one year experience working with the frail or elderly is required.
