RN - Maternal Care

This role is for a Registered Nurse to do home care visits for Maternal Care. Patients can vary in age up until the age of 18- this is not only mother and baby visits.

There are two different openings, one for Queens and one for The Bronx.

Responsibilities may include:

Provide exceptional care to expectant and new mothers in the comfort of their homes
Monitoring health and progress
Educate patients on prenatal and postnatal care, infant feeding, and parenting techniques, fostering confidence and well-being in a home environment
Work closely with interdisciplinary teams, including obstetricians, pediatricians, and social workers, to develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to each family's needs

Compensation:

$60 - $70/hr.

Requirements:

New York State RN License, AHA BLS
Two years of previous acute care experience in MedSurg, Maternal and child care, Critical Care, Pediatrics
Current Maternal Child home health experience
