Acuity:
Highest acuity would be those patients on vents with vasoactive drips that we are titrating up.
Lowest acuity would be a patient getting 6-8 weeks of IV antibiotics.
Typical load is 4-5:1 (you will have patients w/trachs and some on stable vents)
Successful nurse for this engagement are those with critical skills and experience in drips, vents, and various modes of oxygen delivery including Vents, HHF, Vapotherm, etc… Working a stepdown floor is also beneficial. nurse must be able to handle a 5 patient assignment and deliver organized care. - Requirements

TN RN lciense or compact RN license
Active BLS and ACLS
experience with drips, vents, and various modes of oxygen delivery including Vents, HHF, Vapotherm, etc - Profession
