Number of Beds – 18 · Number of Staff – 1 CNC, 5FT RNs, 2 FT LPNs · Type of staff: Mixed o Day Shift – 1 RN, 2 LPN, 2 PCTo Night Shift – 1 RN, 2LPN, 2 PCT Patient Ratios – Nursing 1:6, PCTs 1:9 · Type of equipment – IV pumps, PCA pumps, SCDs, K pads · EMR –
