Kramer Davis
The Psychiatric APRN will be responsible to provide diagnostic and therapeutic psychiatric and mental health nurse practitioner services to patients with IDD
Perform psychiatric assessments and build treatment plans for patients
Oversee psychiatric medication management for patients
Participate in interdisciplinary Clinical Protocol meetings and consultation with medical providers
Serve on the Crisis Intake Team to determine if patients meet criteria of to be a crisis patient
Assist Medical Director with hiring of psychiatric medical team staff
Assist Medical Director with evaluations of psychiatric medical team staff
Serve as a mentor and supervising instructor for all medical students, Psychiatric APRN students, residents and fellows

· 2 years’ experience front office management experience in a multidisciplinary office setting
· Experience with medical and dental EMR
· Experience with patients with IDD
