Keystone Human Service
The LPN is responsible for the oversight of patient care, medical records, health and safety, medication administration and the coordination of medical care for adults in a residential setting receiving services. This position provides education and acts as a resource on health care related topics during a Monday through Friday shift.
-Valid LPN license in the state of Pennsylvania
-At least 21 years of age
-Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
-Able to read, interpret and apply policies, plans and regulations
-Computer proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
and able to learn other software as needed.
-Valid driver’s license
-Daily access to privately maintained and insured vehicle
depending on work location
-Successful completion of the pre-employment process, including
motor vehicle record and criminal background checks
