We are hiring Physical Therapists in Wisconsin. Several different cities and different Specialties. The job below is for Wisconsin Rapids..
Hourly rate is approximately 45/hr on w2. The per diem is approximately 28/hr (untaxed). All mileage is paid at $.67 per mile.
We pay weekly.

Required Certifications: AHA BLS, Licensure required for the State of Wisconsin.
Required Education: Degree in Physical Therapy.
Minimum Experience: Home Health experience, training working with the adult/geriatric population with a variety of orthopedic, neurological and functional mobility diagnosis. Knowledge of Physical Therapy standards and practices acquired through a minimum of a Masters degree in Physical Therapy.
Charting/Equipment: Laptop for point of service documentation, NetSmart EMR, and cell phone for GPS and communication.
Evaluates, treats and plans patient care in accordance with Physical Therapy Standards of practice. Population served includes adult and geriatric patients. Documents to meet regulatory and reimbursement requirements. Meets productivity expectations of an average of 4.5 visits per day
No Holiday Work!!
PT's rotate one Saturday every 6-8 weeks. (will be given a a day off during the week on the weeks they work Saturday)
