Registered Nurse – Telemetry - Travel - (Tele RN)
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 12 D Pay Rate: $2232.79 - $2919.80

We are a welcoming, patient-safety centered department and organization that performs cases in a variety of surgical specialties including Cardiothoracic, Vascular, Robotics, Orthopedics, General, Robotics, Gyn, Urology, Neurosurgery and Plastics. We follow AORN Recommended Practices and are passionate about our patients and great teamwork. Allen Hospital is a 204-bed, not-for-profit community hospital serving the Cedar Valley. Allen is an affiliate hospital of UnityPoint Health, which cares for one of every three patients in Iowa.

Required Qualifications
Registered Nurse, Telemetry Licenses: RN(Compact Accepted) Certifications: BLS Work History: Should not be more than 180 days of gap in entire work history References: 1 Reference in entire work history Interview: VA Auto Offer, offers to be accepted or declined within 48 hours or they will be rescinded
Must have License/Cert
Holiday RTO 1 day total between 11/27-12/1; 12/23-1/2 -- Must work 2/3 holidays
Flu and COVID vaccine required, medical or religious exceptions are accepted --
Float Requirement: as needed in skillset --
EMR: Epic exp required --
