We are seeking a Supervisory RN with extensive experience in Mother/Baby and Labor & Delivery (L&D) to join St. Luke's Wood River Medical Center. The role involves overseeing nursing staff and ensuring high-quality care in the L&D and Mother/Baby units. Expertise in neonatal care, advanced fetal monitoring, and L&D leadership is essential.

Position Highlights:

Charting System: Epic
Shift: Rotating days/nights (8, 10, or 12-hour shifts)
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week

Experience: Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in L&D/Mother-Baby
Education: Associate’s Degree in Nursing
Licenses/Certifications: Current RN licensure, BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, AWHONN(Intermediate or Advanced)
