Overview of the Role:
Our client is seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse for the Float Pool in the Medical-Surgical units in Tallahassee, FL. This role offers a unique opportunity to utilize your recent acute care experience across various settings, enhancing your skills and contributing to a dynamic team environment. The position involves providing patient-centered care with an emphasis on advocacy, privacy, and continuous improvement in a rotating shift schedule, including the possibility for nights or days.
Responsibilities:
-Advocate for patients and families, upholding privacy and ensuring
confidentiality.
-Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and formulate nursing
diagnoses.
-Develop and implement individualized care plans, focusing on
continuous improvement.

-Competitive pay rate of $40 per hour, with sign-on bonuses up to
$20,000 for nights and $10,000 for days.

Requirements:
-Experience: Minimum of 2 years of acute-care experience in a Medical- Surgical setting within the last 1-2 years.
-Licensure: Active Registered Nurse license in the State of Florida or
eligibility to obtain before starting.
-Certifications: Current BLS required; ACLS preferred or to be obtained
within 6 months of hire.
-Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
