JOB DESCRIPTION & REQUIREMENTS
Registered Nurse – Telemetry - Travel - (Tele RN)
StartDate: 2/10/2025 Available Shifts: 12 N Pay Rate: $2163.40 - $2384.15

Assignment for 20-32 weeks RN for Resource Pool, Float, M/S Tele: Every other weekend required. M/S Tele is expected to work ED HOLD patients as well. Requirements: • A minimum of 1 year experience • AHA BLS required, CMSRN preferred • NIHSS will be required prior to starting • Epic experience from within the past 2 years is required and nonnegotiable • NY license, or proof of application with date applied, must be in submission packet Additional Information: • IVS to OFFER • Monday to Sunday • Bi-weekly Orientations on Monday • No block schedules for any reason • This facility requires ALL work history information (bed count, EMR, facility type, etc.) to be complete in order to submit • Please ensure all employment gaps over 30 days are explained • Covid and Flu declinations accepted- please have either proof or declinations in packet Disclaimers: • Public Transportation is NOT accessible in this area, please ensure you have reliable transportation, personal vehicle or rental vehicle are strongly recommended • Vehicles should be equipped with all season or snow tires during the months of November – April

Recent EPIC Charing Experience
# of beds, trauma level, and EMR noted after each facility name in the work history (no exceptions)
Tele SCL and Reference within a year
RTO up submission
