Position Summary:
We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team of caring professionals. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional care to clients in their homes, promoting their independence and enhancing their quality of life.

Responsibilities:
Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
Provide mobility support, including transfers and ambulation assistance.
Monitor and document clients’ health and report changes to the supervising nurse or care manager.
Offer companionship and emotional support to clients and their families.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment in clients’ homes.
Follow individualized care plans and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

Current Georgia CNA certification.
CPR and First Aid certification (preferred).
Prior experience in home health care or similar setting (preferred).
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
