Primary Responsibilities:
Manage the healthcare plan for assigned patient according to physician's instructions
Provide personalized care including bathing, grooming, and assistance with daily activities
Monitor vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, and pulse
Administer prescribed medications and maintain accurate records
Check for signs of infection, bedsores, and wounds, and provide appropriate care
Educate and advise caregivers in the household on patient care techniques
Collaborate with other healthcare personnel to develop and improve the patient's healthcare plan
Provide palliative care as needed to ensure patient comfort and well-being
Knowledge and Experience:
Understanding of nursing principles and practices
Compassion and empathy for patients and their families
Ability to think critically and solve problems effectively
Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
Strong time management and organization skills
Peg Tube/G-Tube Experience (Required)
Trach/Vent experience (Case-Dependent)
Requirements:
CPR/BLS Certified (Required)
Valid In-State Nursing License (LPN or RN) or Multi-State License (MSL) in Nursing (Required)
LPN License, CPR
