Private Duty RN for Caring Family
Are you an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) looking for a rewarding role in a comfortable, private setting? We are seeking nurses with flexible schedules to provide exceptional care for an individual with mobility impairment in a private family home.
Responsibilities:
• Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to an individual with mobility impairment
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor and assess health status, reporting any changes to the family and healthcare providers
• Assist with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, mobility support, and meal assistance
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the family and healthcare team
• Ensure a safe and supportive environment, addressing any needs or concerns promptly
Requirements:
• Current and unrestricted RN license
• Proven experience in nursing, private duty nursing a plus
• Strong knowledge of mobility impairment care and related medical conditions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, patient, and attentive to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
