Part Time School Nursing Supervisor - Must be a Registered Nurse!

Registered Nurse Supervisors needed for school districts in California!

We are currently recruiting Registered Nurses to join our school nursing team around San Francisco, CA!

Responsibilities:

Monday – Friday. Times will of course fluctuate and depend largely on coverage, school times, paperwork, meetings etc.
Supervise all School NursesEmergencies
On-site school visits
Any other clinical issues
All Documentation (Orders, EAP’s, Student Care Plans)
Orient school nurses
Assist with in-services for updated materials/protocol
Attend Department of Education Meetings and Trainings
Work with DOE and maintain an excellent rapport
Work closely with Department Administrator
Stay up to date with current nursing news
Serve as a professional link between the recruiters, healthcare providers, families, staff and community agencies
Report directly to Department Head

Compensation:

$45-50/hr depending on commitment level

Requirements:

Valid RN License with all up-to-date Nursing Credentials
Minimum 1 years of pediatric experience
Prior supervisory and/or instructor experience preferred, but not necessary
Must be proficient with systems - Electronic Medical Records are a requirement of the school district
