Dakota College at Bottineau
Overview
Dakota College at Bottineau (DCB) is seeking an instructor to teach undergraduate nursing students. The person selected for this position will be responsible for the teaching, planning, and evaluating student learning experiences in the classroom, lab, and clinical areas.
Duties
Responsibilities include lab and clinical instruction, selection of course materials, monitoring program progress, nursing skills assessment, course assessment, and clinical supervision. Didactic instruction if qualified. This position requires strong organizational skills, technical and professional writing skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Qualifications:
A Bachelor of Science in Nursing is required. A Master of Science Nursing is preferred. A Master of Science Nursing, Nursing Education, or related area, or currently enrolled in a master's degree program with an education plan approved by the CNE which will allow completion of the master's degree program within three years is required to teach lab and clinical courses in the Associate Degree Nurse program. One year of nursing experience and a current ND nursing license.
