Overview of the Role:
The Director of Case Management in Dallas, TX, is a pivotal leadership position focused on enhancing patient care and discharge planning across hospital departments. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with a strong clinical background eager to lead and integrate various healthcare services to ensure optimal clinical resource utilization. You will be instrumental in driving compliance, quality improvement, and strategic departmental advancement while collaborating closely with senior leadership.
Responsibilities:
-Direct and oversee departmental operations, staffing, and case
management functions.
-Ensure care coordination, discharge planning, and documentation
processes align with organizational and regulatory standards.
-Collaborate with leadership to achieve and surpass performance and
quality goals.
-Enhance department performance through adept data analysis and
effective implementation of improvement activities.
-Partner with key stakeholders, including the CMO, CNO, and other
service leaders, to foster integration.
-Build robust relationships and spearhead cross-departmental initiatives
that support holistic patient care.

Compensation & Extras:
-Competitive mid-range salary of $146,000 plus bonus incentives.
-$10,000 sign-on bonus.

Requirements:
-Experience: At least 2 years of recent leadership in acute care case
management within a large facility (500+ beds) and 5-7 years of clinical
experience.
-Education: Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s in Nursing, Health
Administration, or Business Administration is preferred.
-Licensure: Active RN or LCSW license with a strong clinical
background.
-Executive Experience: Demonstrated experience working with the C-
suite in a healthcare setting.
