Medical Management Associates
Looking for Experienced Floor RN or LPN for our High-Volume Pediatric Practice in Sandy Springs! Full or Part Time Positions Available!
We need members for our floor team! Any RNs candidates with phone triage experience to back up our phone RNs on high volume call days with the primary role is floor triaging, vitamin, vaccines, and assisting the providers with patient care.
The Floor RN or LPN will also collaborate with providers to determine appropriate course of treatments and advice families of best course of action. This role requires strong clinical and communication skills to ensure the provision of quality patient care. This position is an excellent opportunity for a professional nurse looking to expand their experience in the medical field. The individual will need to possess a solid understanding of assessment techniques and medical protocols and work well in high-call setting.
These roles requires:
- Basic knowledge regarding medications
- Excellent clinical judgment and ability to triage complex patients with multiple symptoms and conditions
- Requires ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, practice providers, nurses, and hospital
- Good organizational skills and ability to bring issues to closure and manage competing priorities and tasks
- Prior experience in Pediatrics/Primary Care practice highly preferred
