Responsibilities:
-Identify and resolve problems within surgical services with follow-up
and communication.
-Actively participate in service, departmental, and organization-wide
committees.
-Elevate customer experience by implementing best practices in -Surgical Services.
-Provide coaching and feedback to staff, fostering professional growth.
-Effectively communicate vital departmental, organizational, and
industry information.
-Engage in evidence-based practices to enhance team engagement.
-Cultivate strong relationships to achieve organizational and
departmental goals.
-Conduct employee and patient rounding, mentoring emerging leaders.
-Implement and uphold high standards of care, ensuring compliance.
-Develop and evaluate surgical service programs to ensure quality
patient care.

Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required; Master’s degree preferred (Nursing, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration).
-Minimum 3 years of leadership experience preferred or equivalent
education/experience.
-Current licensure as a registered professional nurse in the state of
practice.
-Preferred certifications: CNOR (Certified Nursing Operating Room), -CSSM (Certified Surgical Services Manager).
-In-depth knowledge of the OR environment and experience with
Kronos highly desired.
