Overview of the Role:
Join a resilient team as a Float Pool (Critical Care) RN in Tallahassee, FL, where you will leverage your skills to provide outstanding care across multiple critical care units. As a pivotal member, you'll conduct assessments, manage patient plans autonomously, and act as a central advocate for patient welfare. Responsibilities:
-Advocate for the privacy and confidentiality of patients and families.
-Conduct thorough nursing assessments and establish comprehensive
patient care plans.
-Deliver patient-centered healthcare, continuously seeking
improvement.
-Monitor clinical assessments to adapt patient care plans effectively.
-Collaborate seamlessly with the interdisciplinary team to ensure
coordinated care.

$25,000 for night shifts.

Requirements:
-Minimum of 2 years of recent acute care Critical Care RN experience.
-Current Registered Nurse licensure in the State of Florida or eligibility
to obtain before start date.
-BLS certification required; ACLS preferred, with expectation to obtain
within 6 months of hire.
-BSN preferred.
