We’re looking for a compassionate and dynamic Registered Nurse to join our onsite occupational health clinic. In this role, you’ll work closely with providers to manage acute and occupational health needs for a large workforce. You’ll play a key role in treatment coordination and return-to-work planning, all while collaborating with a supportive team. What You’ll Do:
Conduct patient interviews, gather medical histories, and prepare for exams.
Administer injections/medications and perform tests like blood pressure and temperature readings.
Ensure patient confidentiality and maintain accurate records.
Assist providers in smooth clinic operations and patient care.
Support lab work, phlebotomy, minor procedures, and physical exams.
Manage inventory, schedule tests, and maintain a clean, compliant clinic environment.
Collaborate with onsite providers to set treatment plans and return-to-work goals.
Respond swiftly to emergent patient needs with professionalism and care.
What We’re Looking For:
Passionate about patient-first care and teamwork.
Proactive, self-starter with a collaborative mindset.
Strong clinical skills with a commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care.
IL or Compact State RN license (required).
Preferred: Occupational Health Nursing certification, DOT certification, and experience with audiometry, spirometry, phlebotomy, and case management.
