Job Description:
Our client is seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to join their healthcare teams across multiple locations. As an RN, you will provide high quality patient care in a variety of clinical settings, including but not limited to medical surgical, emergency care, and inpatient units.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide direct patient care, including assessments, monitoring, and administering medications and treatments.
• Collaborate with physicians, healthcare teams, and families to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Ensure that patients are comfortable and that their physical, emotional, and psychosocial needs are met.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, procedures, and postcare instructions.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records and documentation.
• Respond promptly and appropriately to changes in patient condition, reporting to physicians and healthcare providers as needed.
• Participate in patient care rounds, team meetings, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Adhere to all healthcare policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service with a patientcentered approach.
Schedule:
• Fulltime, part-time, and PRN positions available.
• Shift Options: Days, Nights (weekends and holidays as required by the department).

Qualifications:
Education:
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred but not required.
Experience:
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse in a hospital or clinical setting.
Certifications:
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required at time of hire.
• Additional certifications (e.g., ACLS, PALS) may be required depending on the specialty.
Skills:
• Strong clinical assessment skills and knowledge of nursing practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.
