Experience Chicago: Med/Surg Nursing in the Windy City

* Keeping organized and following patient care plans exactly.
* Administering medications and using medical equipment.
* Communicating clearly and honestly with people from all backgrounds.
* Keeping good records and maintaining patients’ charts.
* Using basic math skills adequate for dosage calculations.
* The ability to work as part of a team in a hospital or post-acute care setting or to work alone as a home visitor.
* Standing for long periods, lifting moderate weight and working in environments where there may be infectious material.

To be considered for these positions, we require the following qualifications:
1. Valid and active RN license in Illinois.
2. TWO years of a recent Med/Surg experience.
3. Strong clinical skills and the ability to work autonomously.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to adapt to a dynamic and challenging work environment.
