Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) (T)

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides nursing care under the supervision of registered nurses (RNs) and physicians. The LPN is responsible for delivering patient-centered care in accordance with the care plan, ensuring patient safety, and maintaining professional nursing standards.

At least two years of SNF/LTC or Med Surg experience, BLS (AHA) certification required; Covid vaccine required (medical and religious exemptions considered case-by-case); provide a copy of BLS (AHA) or ARC.
