Responsibilities:
-Design and implement a strategic plan for individualized, goal-directed
nursing care.
-Delegate and supervise tasks to meet patient needs and enhance

Requirements:
-Minimum of five years of acute care experience as an RN in the Burn or -Trauma ICU, with two years of leadership experience in a similar ICU
setting.
-Experience in Magnet or Pathways facilities is required.
-Valid Texas State RN license or Compact license accepted.
-BLS/ACLS certification required.
-BSN degree is required; MSN is preferred.
-Trauma experience is highly preferred.
